Would prefer hard flooring in living room as well. Communication with the office has been swift and all problems solved in a good amount of time. Everything was very well kept up, clean, quiet with beautiful landscapes and the beautiful lake. The staff were all very professional and accommodating. Estuary is 19.0 miles from Fort McPherson, and is convenient to other military bases, including Dobbins Air Force Base.
The Estuary offers comfortable living in a tranquil setting in one of Atlanta's most unique apartment communities. The 55 acre property surrounds a 12 acre lake where every home has a beautiful full or partial lake view. We apologize you felt as though the model was nicer than your actual unit. We take pride in our community and want to provide a memorable move-in experience as well as for the duration of your residency with us. In regards to the collection agency, we hire a 3rd party company to handle all accounts once our residents move out of the community.
