Would prefer hard flooring in living room as well. Communication with the office has been swift and all problems solved in a good amount of time. Everything was very well kept up, clean, quiet with beautiful landscapes and the beautiful lake. The staff were all very professional and accommodating. Estuary is 19.0 miles from Fort McPherson, and is convenient to other military bases, including Dobbins Air Force Base.

In regards to the collection agency, we hire a 3rd party company to handle all accounts once our residents move out of the community. This complex gives parties to unite the tenants and show a true community environment. They do things frequently for the kids and it's all free. They care about what's going on with you and they're extremely friendly.
