We apologize you felt as though the model was nicer than your actual unit. We take pride in our community and want to provide a memorable move-in experience as well as for the duration of your residency with us. In regards to the collection agency, we hire a 3rd party company to handle all accounts once our residents move out of the community. This team then makes several attempts to collect the balance owed prior to transferring over to collection status. Please let us know if we may further address your concerns.
I've never come in contact with a complex such as this one. Always double check with the school district for most current boundaries. Win over prospective landlords with your smart budgeting.
